The adventure of a lifetime

When the Acreon arrived at Absalom Station towing a mysterious object, it sparked rumors and curiosity. It quickly became apparent that the crew had vanished, and station security quarantined the ship and Drift Rock. Soon, the Aceron became the heart of a ownership squabble between the enormous corporation Astral Extractions and a hardy group of miners known as the Hardscrabble Collective.

When Arkan, Content Not Found: discipuli-anum-nomen-dan, and Shdoom left their shuttle, they each hoped to find themselves inducted into the Starfinder Society. Instead, their contact with the society was gunned down before their eyes, and the group wound up investigating his death, a murder tied to the Drift Rock.

What happened to the crew of the Aceron while it journeyed through space? What is the Drift Rock, and why are some creatures willing to kill for it? And how far will a space pirate, a retired security guard, and a Dragonborn go to figure out what’s really going on?
